Terms of Service

Welcome to Green City! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available exclusively to users who have entered into a service agreement (contract) with Green City. Only users with a valid Contract Number, Registered Phone Number, and Contracted Village Name are eligible to use the Service.

3. User Accounts and Login Process

To access the Service, you must log in using the credentials provided to you during the onboarding process. The login process requires the following information:

• Contract Number: provided to the user during service registration.
• Registered Phone Number: as documented in the contract agreement.
• Village Name: where the service is contracted.
• Initial Password: default is "0000", which will be changed by the user upon first login.

This login mechanism is designed to ensure that only contracted clients of Green City can access the application services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account.

4. Usage Restrictions

• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• You may not misuse the Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other harmful material.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property used within the Service are the property of Green City or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if your service contract is terminated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Green City shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.greenegyapp.com/privacy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your consent to the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
